Hormonal imbalances or abnormal development of the fertilized egg also might play a role.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a tabindex=\"0\">Can a woman still have a baby with an ectopic pregnancy?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Most women who experience ectopic pregnancy and treatment will achieve a successful pregnancy in the future, even if they&#8217;ve lost one fallopian tube as part of the therapy<\/b>.
